Florida Baptist Association "Crossroads Medical Clinic" Financial screenings for the free dental clinic will be held July 6 at Crossroads Medical Clinic (behind the First Baptist Church of Valparaiso) beginning at 8 am. At that time, qualified individuals will be given an appointment for the clinic which will be July 12 through July 16. No one will be seen on those days without an appointment. Local dentists are providing the services. Only fillings and extractions will be done, no cleanings, no bridge work, no dentures, no root canals or crowns. Applicants should bring proof of Okaloosa County residency and identification. This clinic is being provided by the Florida Baptist Association.
